Pastors, counselors, and couples, will do well to use this book. Many premarital books cover surface-level issues. This book is different; it addresses deep and critical issues that occur in relationships and will truly help prepare couples for the challenges ahead.

Using Building Your Marriage Upon the Rock to prepare for marriage a blessing. With it we were able to confirm that our beliefs were in alignment, work out some difficult situations, and minute details of our relationship that we would never have thought to talk about.
We have used several premarital counseling books over the years. Unfortunately, none of them addressed some of the issues we are concerned about. From the beginning, it gets into those issues. I especially appreciate the section on the Marriage Covenant. I highly recommend this book.
